2. Payment Flow and Delivery Policy:

– We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive the payment (in 1 working day). Will post to United Kingdom: Parcel force 48 (2 working days), Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded (1 to 3 days), Parcelforce (1 to 3 days). We may use Other couriers to post to other countries. It takes 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.
– This section may include the cost of each form of delivery as we update our site. The value of goods more than £23 will be sent with tracking Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded (1 to 3 days), www.p4d.co.uk (1 to 3 days). We may use Other couriers as well.
– All delivery prices are for UK addresses only. Orders to Republic of Ireland and Europe are subject to addition delivery charges. Email and call for quotes or more information.
– Customers are responsible for correct address and phone number for receiving of package. Customers are responsible for all shipping if the package is returned due to the customer being unable to receive the package.
– We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

3. Refund / Cancellation Policy:

– Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you do change your mind in 14 days and the goods have not yet been booked for delivery, we will give you a full refund straight away. You pay for return posted fee
– If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
– Unless stated otherwise in the item descriptions, we offer a 14 day refund policy, only if the item was substantially not as described in the auction as inspected by the time you come to collect.
– Minor variations in model, color are not considered valid reasons for a refund.

– If it is opened (not included nail varnish gel), I will charge a 10%-20% restocking fee, all packaging and contents must be returned in perfect condition.
